They had a fabricated external metal 'barrier' in place when I called 2 weeks ago to ensure a one-way system through the trade counter area which is a fairly small section of the building.I just wanted the Stihl oil to make up 2-stroke mix for a petrol trimmer which was to the left of the entrance. £3 inclusive for 2 small bottles - enough to make 10 litres of mix.Knowledgeable staff as you would expect at a trade counter.They can order in spares too.At the the other end of the size scale they were loading a 'digger' onto a low-power outside when I called.

Avoid at all costs, the delivery driver was very rude and not helpful. The tool I hired did not work correctly. Save your money and avoid your these cowboys.

Really impressed with JB tool hire so far.Used them for digger hire, price is the best I've found. Last hire a track came off (actually tore). I was worried about being charged not knowing if its was my fault or not l, so I rang them which was an hours before they closed. The lady said she will try get back to me ASAP and see what they can do.I was rang back 50 mins later to be told they'd already finished fixing it! Not sure how they got to site that quick and fixed it but I'll be using them again. Wasn't charged for the repair and everyone was very friendly.

Delivery and collection guys were great, as was the price. However, on the day of hire, they'd not booked us in for delivery, so had to phone and chase. Still awaiting my deposit refund over 2 weeks later. After calling today to follow up, I'll apparently receive it today. When would they have processed it, had I not telephoned? Won't use them again.

Super helpful and professional. I required delivery to a challenging location down a narrow track. The team made it happen and the customer service from Neil was first class. Highly recommended.

Can't speak highly enough about the excellent service from these guys, Courteous, knowledgeable and unlike another local Stihl registered dealer, able to sort the problems with my electric hedge trimmer. Definitely use them again and intending to complain to Stihl about the poor service from their other agent!!
