I waited hours for a pair and they didn’t serve me but they served someone that came after me who they were friends with and they also hide pairs to sell to certain resellers they are friends with. Most corrupt store I’ve seen kmt

each size store has its own dedicated Instagram page where they publish deals etc but most importantly, what shoes are releasing at which date and time. So recently a pair of popular Jordan 1 Mids released and they where releasing the shoe First Come First Served In store, at shop opening time, which they stated was 10:00 am. My local size recently shut down but my girlfriend really wanted this shoe, So i drove 50 minutes to the metrocentre to be there at 9:30 (30 mins before store opening) Because i anticipated there being a que. I then found out that they had basically Lied and let people in at 9AM! I could of set off an hour earlier if they had told us that they where anticipating a que, and if there was a que they would open the store early. However the resellers got in and took all the stock of the shoe, leaving the people who want the shoe for themselves or family, have to miss out. However very friendly staff just terrible way of running things

This is a review of the company's online shopping department rather than the Gateshead shop.Ordered shoes, which were stated to be in stock, 10 days ago and paid for 3 to 5 day delivery. They still haven't arrived, sent emails 3 days ago and still awaiting response. They don't have a contact telephone number on their site and I can't find one on the web. I'm starting to understand why!

Saw trainers in store but didnt have my size, made it so simple for me to pay for them and next day delivery but 3 days later no sign of the trainers, no contact number to call and the store have washed their hands of the situation.Quick enough to take your money but youre on your own as soon as you walk out the door! Great!

Ordered trainers online which was Nike air vapourmax 2020, paid £190.Then 2 days before I even received them they had dropped in price to £150, emailed them, but still no reply or acknowledgment from them.Would never order from them again.Customer service is terrible.

Got some jordan 1's here for a really good price, they dont sell onto people trying to resell and rip people off and seems all the bad reviews here are all from those scabs.Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me get what i wanted.

The size workers are shocking and very rude. They have an attitude for no valid reason and are always very aggressive. Also they only serve pairs to ppl they know or like. Do not recommend going there they are disgusting.
