Spin City Belfast

Been coming here every few weeks for over a year and never found the staff friendly or helpful. Change machine doesn't work and asking for change seems to be taken as an insult.This time the machine didn't dry my usual load in the normal time and then the next cycle barely made any difference. Sheets were barely warm. When I reported this to staff I was told I was wrong and ignored.Avoid unless you have no choice

I have to say that this service has been a life saver for a while now. I've been going through alot of medical things in a number of ways so having a place that is helping me keep ontop of things so Ive one less thing to worry about has been amazing. I used their wash and dry and fold service recently and the standard of service is 5 star. I thankyou kindly to just giving me a little room during a difficult time when it's been hard to always keep up with everything. The ladies in there are always very helpful with the self service too as I was clueless when I first went to them.Its such a relief to know its there.

Helpful staff when I needed to do laundry when traveling. Not a large place but they do both self service and full service laundry. Attendant was great in assisting me in getting my laundry done quickly!

Went to spin city today for the first time as washing machine is broken at home. Upon arrival, obviously I didn’t know how it works or what to do, so rang the bell at front desk for assistance. A woman with blonde hair came out and was extremely rude to myself and my partner when asked how to use the service she simply pointed at the machine and said “go go yes just put it in” when we asked for more information she began to get sarcastic and annoyed at us for continuing to ask questions about how to use it and how to pay with card. After reading a lot of good reviews about this place online and the great service the owner provides we were disgusted and put off from spin city and walked out. Won’t be back again and do not recommend enough

Great laundromat for the weary traveler. Manager was quick to respond and very helpful.

While traveling, we found ourselves in need of a laundromat. We stopped by Spin City and were able to get all of our laundry done within an hour and a half. Washes are £4-8 and drying is £2 for every 10 minutes. Prices are a bit higher than what I’m accustomed to but the convenience was well worth the expense. The staff working the laundromat were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’d definitely stop here again, should the need arise.

Really easy to find and staff were really kind, helpful and friendly. It was handy i could use my card as had not stopped at a cash point on the way. Realky handy for public transport too!

The self service machines are great and very convenient. You can walk with your own detergent and dryer sheets or purchase theirs. While your laundry is being washed or dried, time it, and grab lunch or run quick errands. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Good machines and helpful people on the staff. You’ll need cash. There’s a change machine that accepts £5,10 and 20. Wash is £4 and £1 for detergent. Driers are £2 for 10 minutes. A pair of jeans will take 30 minutes so £6.

We have been traveling for 3 weeks with 2 more to go. Needless to say, we were in urgent need of clean clothes. Looking online, I found this laundromat near our hotel which also offers a drop off service. (With only one full day in Belfast, we wanted to spend it touring, not doing laundry.) I called right at opening and the lovely gentleman who answered said he could get it done for us before closing as long as I got it to him within the hour. We just picked up our laundry all clean and folded- what a treat!!! We paid £17 for an entire mixed load. The hotel laundry service wanted between £7-9 per item. Yikes! Thank you Spin City!!!
