One of the great Greggs perfect food.

Breakfast baguettes are ok, they don’t butter them so can be very dry even with sauce, they seem to be very stingy with the portions and bacon not cooked enough imo, just visited Pyle branch which is absolutely fantastic in comparison, buttered rolls and bigger portions

Staff not very polite or knowledgeable. There was a lack of hot pastries (only a few options) and seemed very disorganised cooking them especially considering they will be picking up business from Brackla Triangle (currently closed).

Been to the police open day with the kids and fair play manager was amazing with the kids can’t remember her name tall with glasses lol amazing food and amazing staff x so really proves good manager and happy staff x thank you x

Visited this branch today and was served by a very surly young male named Tom. No eye contact, no manners, verging on hostile, treated me as a bothersome nuisance for daring to come into the shop and purchase goods and disturb his standing around. The shop was empty. Then he overcharged me, and when I returned to ask for the mistake to be rectified, he didn't even speak, let alone apologise for his mistake. Just stomped off to get an equally surly woman, named Kirsty, who was also not apologetic at all, and in fact resented me showing her the overpayment on my phone to confirm the overcharge, as receipts are not issued as standard there.Rudely dismissing me, between them, thier attitudes were so bad I felt I needed to make a point of reviewing this branch. Most Greggs staff are polite, helpful and friendly. These two staff taint the customer service reputation of the business.

Great staff and the manageress is very polite and helpful. I believe her name is Jana, and she is a great ambassador for Greggs.

What can I say but Greggs is Greggs- you know the menu, you know the standards, you know the prices! A clean place with loads of parking spaces outside. Love a Greggs

Great little oasis in the middle of an industrial estate. Plenty of parking the day we went so sat and enjoyed our coffee and food in the car. Staff were friendly and they had all the usual Gregg's options. Hand sanitizer available and able to self-distance with no problem. Will go again when I am out and about.

Nice hot breakfast baguette truly got me through with the day. Hot chocolate was lovely too. Staff served us well and looks well organised and clean.
