Gave misleading, expensive quote over £3,500 which didn't cover full cost of work. Came last yr to do roofing and other work. Didn't come back to finish work as promised. Rude, aggressive, obstinate, defensive and argumentative when challenged about quality of work. Poor workmanship. Ian is unprofessional, very expensive, unreliable, rude and and insincere. He has told tales about me to Roy Rowland, decorator about me when I told him that we weren't happy with his work. He has taken advantage of us and betrayed our trust. We wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Don't use. We will now have to pay someone else to finish off work. We wouldn't have used him if it hadn't been for recommendation from Roy Rowland, decorator. We are very unhappy with his work.
