Very unprofessional. Made two trip back to them they didn’t complete service book after job done and then didn’t reset the service light . Dnt recommend them at all ..

Just got off the phone to the RUDEST call handler in the service department". She kindly told me that if I wasn't happy with their service then to go elsewhere and then hung up on me! Although I'm 4 days into my 60 day warranty period and have no choice but to take it to arnold clarks workshop....... absolutely lost for words. I didn't realise it was acceptable for arnold clark staff to hang up on customers??? Never known a service like this."

Brought a veh that was faulty from start. Returned veh within first week for repairs. Paid for services and mot along with parts and repair cover. Diagnostics not being done and veh has been returned to me numerous amount of times without the fault being fixed. Now have had veh checked by a different dealership who have said its a clutch issue and i am now going to have to pay separatly for the issue to be fixed which is costing me over £600. My first and last mistake using arnold clarck to buy a veh. Will never be using them or recommending to anyone. Reception staff are also extremly unprofessional and rude. Its peoples hard earned money they are taking and in return not even providing satisfactory service. Extremly discusted!. Also no point in aknowledging people are not happy with the service if nothing can be done about it apart from giving an appology. Strongly recommend people to stay away.

I've had a superb experiance with Arnold Clark, took my car in today to have the suspension ball joint replaced, not only was it cheaper than quoted but they washed and hoovered the car. After picking up the car was behaving a bit like the Battery was iffy, turned out it was my fault and the battery in the key was low, again they were superb, they replced the battery in the fob & tested the battery for my peice of mind (no charge). I do not have words for how great this garage is! Well done to all of the lovelly staff, mechanics, etc there.

We took the car in on23/03/2022 to the after sales section.....for some minor issues to be dealt with. This establishment is very well maintained. Staff very pleasant, professional, and attentive .However, our purchase would have been a lot smoother if these noticeably items had been picked up prior to sales. Thanks to Alex work shop controller , and the aftersales service team ....our faith in buying quality second hand car have been restored . Would definitely recommend.
