If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the gotek replacement pods 6 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of not receiving my product or hearing anything back I contacted the customer service via online chat. I was told that my order got damaged in transit and sent back to depot. I was then told I would get a refund in which I did but as a gesture of good will they would send out my delivery also. A week went by in which I did not receive my order once again. I made contact once again in which I was told that they had none in stock but when they recieve the delivery which they had said was imminent they would send it out. It is 4 weeks down the line and still nothing. This company is a disgrace and should not be able to trade as they are cowboys that tell you lie after lie. I would recommend that people stay away from this shocking company!!!!

I placed an order with theses cowboys around 7 weeks ago, they happily took my cash but I never received my goods. Subsequently they also lied to me a further 2 time's saying they had re sent them absolute b/s .. had to go through the resolution centre on eBay to get a refund!!!!!!STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE COWBOYS TRUST ME....

I made an order through ebay and it didn't arrived and seller wouldn't reply so went through ebay and I got the wrong order and then didn't respond to messages again so again had to get ebay involved again and was promised a replacement order and I am still waiting and they wont answer again it's been about 6 weeks of waiting and ebay won't help anymore

Seems strange how everyone on here has the same Royal Mail problem but with other sellers there is never a Royal Mail problem. Stop blaming other companies and start blaming yourself. Poor company with no communication. Very strange behaviour with the competition from other vape shops being so large. Would be nice to hear something back and will delete my review if the issue gets resolved
