My experience with this dealer was not the best. I was looking for my first motorbike so I felt more confortable buying from a dealer to get some more support and help with the buying process. They did allow my friend to test drive the motorbike providing I left my credit card details, but I think this is pretty standard. A couple of things I was not happy about: the motorbike hadn't been serviced in 3 years, I got the service for free as part of the deal but I had to bring the bike in a week later. The guy that sold me the bike forgot to give me the green slip from the VC5, this is exactly the kind of things I expected to go better by buying from a dealer. As part of the buy deal I asked them to install some side crash bungs, I was chasing them for weeks about this without success, I ended up buying the part myself and installing it in another shop. Not the after sale support I was expecting for.

Never experienced such rubbish customer service!! Went in to buy a chain and disc lock for my bike (which cost £183) as I walked both staff on their phones, completely uninterested. Asked the lady if there was anyone downstairs to help, she rolled her eyes said « no » and carried on her phone conversation in Brazilian. I went down stairs no lights on! Used my torch on my phone to find what I was looking for and went back up to pay only to be hold that they weren’t sure if they could process the transaction, but they found a way! Never had such disinterested unfriendly service in a bike shop in all my years. Won’t be buying my new set of leathers there now though they have a set I like..... oh well that’s over a grand lost for them .

Booked in a MOT and popped along on a Saturday morning - excellent service, very little waiting, both staff couldn't have been more helpful. Love the fact you can see the workshop so you can watch them work through the window if you're concerned about anything. Not used them before, but I will definitely be back for servicing.

How many weeks wasted listening to that dishonest sales rep? Nobody ever phoned me, I had to phone them and go all the way there several times to see what the delay was. The worst part was being lied to about where my bike was and that idiot trying to stop me entering the shop when my bike was right there. Why lie? I missed weeks of good riding weather waiting for a perfectly good bike to simply have a replacement part. Which now appears it doesn't need.My bike could still be there if I hadn't demanded it back. Never go there.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PURCHASEI recently bought a Suzuki Van Van 125 from Chelsea Suzuki and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Had it been a bit more tough, I’d probably have postponed the purchase again, as I did in the past when I entered a bike shop and the staff was really rude.In terms of the bike, I had been looking at the iconic Van Van 125 for years so I was quite keen on this model. I met Andre and he was very helpful and dedicated. Actually, he did his job and finished to convince me it was the right moment to buy the bike.I applied for finance from Suzuki and I received a confirmation within hours.It was my first motorbike. Andre helped me choose a very nice jacket, a helmet and a lock. He paid for the first year road tax. He recommended and installed a good alarm system (I went for Datatool S4 Red), which actually helped me obtain a reduced insurance quote. And I even got a very nice pair of gloves for free, which is always very appreciated.On Monday I was called to the shop to take my bike out. Everything was ready (paperwork, etc.). I told him on the phone I was a learner and he ensured my bike had proper L plates when I arrived (not the cheapest sticker ones).They insisted I should come with some spare time so they could teach me how to ride a geared bike, which they did for around 30 minutes. That was very caring and thoughtful, to be honest.The whole process from finding the shop online to taking my motorbike out took (I still can’t believe it) 4 working days, so I almost did not have time for regrets.I don’t have any conflict of interest and I did not know anyone in Chelsea Suzuki beforehand. I went there because it is the closest dealer to my house in Putney, according to an online search.I highly recommend this place. They treated me really well and they were very professional.I hope they will keep the standard in the future.Good luck!All the best.Carlos.

Pretty awful customer experience. Normally have my bikes serviced by good independents but due to a computer fault tried to find a full dealer with access to Suzuki.After a week the bike hadn’t been looked at, despite promises, every call seemed to get a different answer several of which were outright lies (“we are waiting on Suzuki” for example). No calls despite promises to call “tomorrow”.I’d avoid these cowboys and find another more reputable place

I was greated with a smile and with a joke.Service was very good- the bike look and feels a lot better than before the service.Extra small bit of works done like painting the sprocket, which I find very accommodating.I wish I bought the bike with them originally!!There is a place to store your helmet and gear if your are handing the bike over for the day.Any faults, the bus went straight toSuzuki claims department. Luckily the fault was just a temporary electronic glitch, so no action needed.I was send away with a stamp (little piece of paper put in the service book so the stamp ink does not stain the book!!!!!!) and with a diagnostic check and with a joke.Absolute spot on Chelsea Suzuki. Thank you!
