The Maharishi Golden Dome is a place where you can learn Transcendental Meditation. This is a natural, simple and effortless technique where the mind experiences it's own most settled state of awareness. This brings more and more clarity of mind to daily life, along with increased energy, a resiliance to stress and more and more peace, ease and happiness within.Once learnt Transcendental Meditation you can meditate with others in the dome. This has a stronger effect, where the system gains even greater rest, enabling even more and quicken the unfoldment of our full potential. The group effect has been scientifically verified to create coherence (peace and harmony) in the surrounding area and population.I learnt TM five years ago and has and continues to have, a hugely positive impact on my life.

It has such a calming atmosphere and the members who run it are really lovely.
