Chancellors - Kington Estate Agents

We have recently sold our house after several deals fell through. We found all the branch staff at Chancellors to be very professional and helpful throughout and we hugely appreciate all their efforts. I would give 5 stars for the branch, but head office were not quite so on the ball hence the four.

Natasha and Eleanor are amazing! Although working in the Sales department of Chancellors' Kington branch, they lent their expertise (under Natasha's lead) to an issue I had whilst trying to complete occupancy of a rental property of Chancellors. No stone was left unturned, no phone call made was too much and all with good humour and kindness. The end result? A happy Chancellor client! If you need to buy a property in and around Kington I would highly recommend these two professionals because they WILL get the job done!

Tara at Chancellors was lovely and extremely helpful when I rang (the colleague I wanted to speak to was off sick). She was immediately aware of who I was and had all details needed to hand. She followed up immediately by email with the information I needed re offer on a property. Well done Chancellors. Your staff alway seem genuinely lovely people and want to help - nothing seems to be any bother. I thoroughly recommend them!

Buying this home was 6 months of anything & everything you can think of that’s ridiculous & stressful. We went through every emotion in the book, happiness was not in that book.The first person we dealt with was Becky, she was wonderful from the start. Always going above & beyond. Later Leo joined the drama, that was our house purchase. Leo also went above & beyond to try to get things done.Both Becky & Leo, always followed through when they said they would look into something, they did & communicated with us. They were always calm, reassuring, patient & helpful. We could not have gotten the house without them.The only complaint is that we took the attorneys they suggested to us because it would help things to move faster & smoothly. It was them that were the problem, things would have moved a lot faster without them. But thankfully we had Becky & Leo that push them & git things done. Who needs attorneys when you’re I have wonderful realtors like Becky & Leo?

I have recently been in to your Kington branch as looking to move property and had such a great experience from your branch manager Natasha, she was thorough, and explained everything I would need to do and in order to sell my current property and also made suggestions on how best to showcase everything, I will definitely be back to have Natasha sell my home.

Chancellors agent Natalie could not have been more helpful. I arrived 40 minutes early for my first viewing while Natalie was still involved with other would-be purchasers. She made me feel welcome in spite of the inconvenience and when my turn came she was an efficient guide to the property. She then offered to guide me to my second viewing where she was equally efficient as a property guide, and willing to listen and respond to any queries I had, or any comments I wished to make. Throughout, she was aware of my physical limitations, and offerred assistance when needed. I cannot rate her highly enough.

Chancellors have been absolutely fantastic during the marketing of our two properties. Most of our dealings have been with Becky who has been faultless.
