DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! all of the reviews which say about items not arriving are absolutely spot on. I ordered items back in April 2023 which still have not arrived, despite numerous emails, phone calls etc. etc. to see where the items I had ordered are.I have been reassured several times that the items would be sent but to no avail; they no longer respond to my email chases and my phone calls are just met with a response of 'someone will come back to me' (they don't).Very frustrating as I have had, previously, a really good service from this business but clearly something has gone on with their stock management and so they are now unusable

Never again! Order two items that the website said was in stock. After a month of it not shipping and slow repsonses to updates. I cancneled my order. They ignored the request and said it would ship the next day. It did not so I had to open a fraud case with my bank and I finally got my money back.Which is too bad. I had good service from them before this happened.

Waited 4 weeks for some simple accessories not the best experience. This would have been all resolved had there been good communication and updates. Please dont be disappointed use a better archery shop: Merlin, Clickers, Quicks, Redfrog are ones i use and had a brilliant service. Unfortunately I will never use this shop again and only because of poor customer communication and just simply being ignored - they will take your money quick enough to earn interest on it but you will be waiting 1month+ I did get my items but a poor experience

Best to avoid this company, I have waited patiently for over 12 months for item to be sent(paid for at time of order) Sometimes they reply to my email asking when are they going to send saying they will despatch next week...nothing. Asked for refund...nothing. You pay your money and get...nothing.

Just spent the morning there picking up my daughter's bow. From ordering, pick up, set up and pretty much a full on lesson and use of the range, excellent service and advice. My daughter knows what she's doing and I know how to adjust her bow as she grows. I Couldn't recommend these guys anymore, professional, helpful and very friendly. A great morning, one very happy customer and very happy daughter.

Goods order have not shown up 3 months later. No response to email and not picking up phone. Looks like I have a drive to Poole coming up......and you could have made this so much easier on yourselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered an expensive in stock item on the 11/11/23. Still waiting I’ve had one phone call answered to say the item is coming from Netherlands! I had an email on the Thursday 30/11/23 it will be delivered Monday 4/12/23 latest Tuesday it didn’t arrive. They don’t answer any emails or phone calls to let you know what’s happening.

Con!!!Takes the payment for over £500 and doesn't deliver anything. I've had one single reply telling me it would be delivered last Wednesday... which of course it wasn't. No phone calls are answered.Can't contact anyone to get a refund.I have now gone to a debt collection agency to help me...be expecting a knock on your door very soon.

*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*My wife order a gift for a birthday present as the item was in stock. This was at the beginning of July it now mid August and we had 2 email one saying it been processed the over saying it getting ready to be dispatched.Unfortunately still no idea or email, phone call from this company explaining the situation. Iv been chasing this item up for weeks but unfortunately we are not getting anywhere.I now believe we have lost our money do not use this company.if this item turns up I will update this review.

Scam company that are taking customers money and not delivering. If you are reading this there is a very high chance that you will not receive what you have ordered. I ordered in the first week of November and have been unable to contact them by email or phone despite countless attempts. My advice would be to recover the money via your bank and report them to their local trading standards (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole council) trading.standards@bcpcouncil .gov.uk. If they receive enough complaints they will investigate.Also check the reviews on Trustpilot.
