I had issues with my personal laptop to the point where it would not even switch on. I contacted Graham who knew exactly what the issue was straight away and within a matter of days (due to delivery of the required parts) managed to get my laptop back to me and working like a brand new machine. I contacted Graham quite by accident, thinking it was the shop where I'd part exchanged my desktop for a Mac about 18 months ago.Since I got that machine, it had not functioned as expected, but I'd limped on with it until I no longer could. When Graham answered, I realised that he'd worked at that shop previously, and that he would come and collect / drop off my computer too (he didn't pressure me to take it to him, but it was more convenient and a very reasonable price).On inspection, he discovered that the Mac had been opened a number of times already (something I wasn't told when I bought it!) and that the machine was from 2015 (which was what I was told) but that the hard disc was from 2014. It was one of the slowest spindle speeds, and every indication was that the disc was second hand when it was installed. That explains why it was taking 40 minutes plus for me to boot it up! Total nightmare as I'd gone from windows to a Mac for ease of start up! In Graham's opinion it was negligent for that to have been sold to me without an upgrade.Anyway, long story short, Graham took and repaired the machine very quickly and very well, installing a new disc that allows the machine to run much, much, much faster. It feels like brand new to me now, which it never did previously.I've been busy with work (apologies for the late review) but I'm very happy and will be going to Tarleton Computers in future, rather than risk being ripped off again! The Mac is now running super smoothly, like a new machine - I'm delighted! I hope the 'other' shop sees this review too and changes their sharp practice.Thank you! Highly recommended!

Fabulous experience using Tarleton Computers!Graham is very thorough and explained everything in detail prior to any commitment and provided updates along the way.I had a desktop fixed from no being able to be turned on after a hard-drive failure and a laptop from super-slow back to brand new again.Would definitely recommend and use again! - Very happy customer! :-)

Well what can I say. Graham is a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgable. I came to him in a panic as need to get my iMac updated due to it running at a snails pace. He was very busy but did not want to let me down as I run my own business and I had been referred to him by some one who he had done work for also. Before upgrading my old laptop they took the time to understand what I wanted to use it for and then advised on the performance specification needed, all at a very good price. This avoided the cost of buying a new laptop and saved me from having to go through the hassle of setting everything up again and transferring all my current programmes and files. Excellent service. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
