Benefit Cosmetics Brow Bar Counter

First time getting my brows done by benefit and I must say Lacey at Glasgow St.Enochs has given me the best brows I've had in a very long time! She was lovely and knowledgeable. Great experiance

I was in boots looking at skincare products and a lovely girl named Sadhbh (hope I spelled it correct) came over and had a chat with me about my skin type and gave me her own personal and professional opinions on products and showed me the new benefit skincare, didn't pressure me to buy it just wanted to show me because she liked it on her skin, I bought both the face washes and even a free sample of the moisturiser so I could test it on my sensitive skin❤️ she really made my day as I get anxious speaking to people but really helped me out ❤️

Excellent eyebrow tint and wax by Lacey. She checked at each step that I was happy with shape and colour and I felt really pampered. 10/10 recommend!

I have had my eyebrows done in many different places but Lacey is by far the best eyebrow technician I have come across! She really took her time to find out exactly what I wanted and would check to make sure I was happy with what she was doing after each step. I have always hated the shape of my eyebrows but Lacey has shaped them perfectly and now I love them! Thank you Lacey!

This was generally a very positive experience, Sadhbh was very nice and friendly and did a great job of my brows, checking along the way that I was happy with them. However, she used a number of different new products when I was there and didn’t ask me if I wanted them. She then charged me £4.50 extra for the products that she used. I think it’s incredibly bad practice and should have been made very clear that it is an additional service and that it costs £4.50. I would not have chosen this and didn’t really want it. It’s a shame as it had been a positive experience up until then but I don’t think I’ll be back. I just wanted my brows done - not the hard sell of all the products.
