Had a parcel to return to sender. Booked Hermes to collect this parcel from our home address for the following day. We stayed in all day but no sign of these idiots. The following morning we received an email apologising and said they’d pick it up that day. AGAIN no sign of Hermes!!!Three days later and parcel is still sat in our house. Best of all they have taken the fee out of my account!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I felt that I needed to write a positive review as I have never had a problem with Hermes. I live in Northumberland and our regular delivery man is efficient, helpful and friendly.

Got an update this evening saying I wasn't in and no safe place to leave parcel @ 17:03. There's been no one at my door since I got in at 15:30 for a delivery slot 16:00 to 18:00. No card left think someone is telling porkies but not the first time with this mob.

As the owner of this convenience store, I feel the negative reviews aren't a true reflection of the Hermes service which we offer. Customers can drop off/pick up parcels and print labels in our store. The reviews posted here seem to be about the Hermes courier service which has nothing to do with us. We process a large volume of parcels and to date haven't lost a single one. We have hundreds of happy customers every week who use the Hermes facility in our store. From our point of view, we are performing our role very well.

Today one of Hermes driver let my parcel in the front of door to one building with many flats,and he said was posted in Letterbox, of course I didn't find any parcel,thank you for your service,today 07.11.19 I have delivery from Hermes and i didn't expect to find the parcel home,but was,thank you for delivery, thank you driver,I will put 2 more stars,if someone from Hermes team see this reviews, could have a brief with drivers and let them know is not professional to let parcel outside,take care of customers

The company is awful. They tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and someone requested to send it back. It's been over a month and a parcel was never sent back to the sender. Contacted Hermes and they said it's been lost during the transportation. But is was never on the way back to sender. There are thieves working there. Never use this delivery

My parcel had an hour time slot right in middle of day. So I left a safe place option which doesn’t work. Just like DPD or leave with neighbours.So delayed until today and saying it was being returned to sender and then that it was still at local depot???????

Didn't tell me they had tried three times, didn't use the neighbour I suggested, so now my birthday present is being sent back and I won't get my refund for a month. Absolutely awful service, I will never use it again.
