they live up to their name as the HMO specialist, The Staff there are very efficient helpful and will go out of their way to ensure you get what you need. Great properties in great locations, I would 100% rent with them again.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND DEFINITELY DO NOT TAKE ANY PROPERTIES THAT 'INCLUDE COUNCIL TAX' in the bill as they will promise you to include this bill with the rent but then years later you get a letter from the council asking for the outstanding amount of thousands. They are deceptive and will leave you with a very heavy bill that you thought was paid as they had expressed they would - MULTIPLE TIMES!
