Lee at Trinity finance was brilliant. He talked us through the whole process, was proactive and called back straight away, we didn't have to chase once. He was clear upfront with fees too, so no hidden surprises. If we ever move again we'll be calling Lee to help with the mortgage!

Nicola was incredibly helpful and determined in helping me get a mortgage despite it being an auction property. Buying my house was made even more complicated due to my income streams being formed from self employment - which the underwriters found difficult to understand.She really persevered within the short time frame I had to complete my sale and I’m not sure I wouldn’t have lost my deposit without her support and intervention, due to continual delays with the underwriters.Really grateful for her help and professionalism throughout!
