Very nice. The owner smokes the meats, so lots of background info to be had. Got some wild boar neck. Very sweet and juicy. Great place.

Amazing little find in the market! Having just moved to Hereford we were exploring the town and found this place. The guy who works there (sorry can’t remember his name!) was super helpful explaining all the cuts and what goes together well. He gave us time to sample and decide what was to our taste out of an amazing selection. We ended up getting a selection box which we have demolished and will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend

With out a doubt an absolute gem to have in Hereford. I have purchased a few things here since moving to Hereford, also gifts for family. The smell in the shop is heavenly! They always seem to have little taster pots too which I could steal all for myself if I'm honest. The quality here is top notch . Each time I have called in , the member of staff has always been so informative, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone even just to walk in. To all the staff here, thank you so much!!

I stopped to browse this business once and was so pleasantly surprised by the samples given out to me I had to return and purchase some full products today.What I really enjoyed was the passion and knowledge of the owner, it was refreshing to see someone who cared so much about selling meat which was above the normal standard. Places like this are hard to come by. I’ll be returning again for more, the foods sold here are sublime.

if i could give 0 i would, walking round the market, my father and i tasted 2 things, the man asked if my dad wanted to purchase a packet of the charcuterie. my dad said that he wasn’t going to because *pointing to one he tried” this one was too smokey, but then asked if he could buy some biltong, the seller then said “if you’re going to eat and not buy anything then go away” my father and I just walked away jaws dropped. we walked back with my mother who said that he was completely rude and asked him to apologise. he then said that he’s a “family business” he shouted at all of us saying to keep moving and calling my dad “mate” even after my dad asked him not to, then when we left he started talking to other ‘customers’ about us saying “i’m sorry about them”, we then had people come up to us asking if we were okay and telling us he was the rudest person he’s met - DONT BUY!! go to Biltomm’s Biltong! much better service and better priced!

Absolutely love this place! Lovely customer service and so much choise to choose from. Have been several times and always amazing. The guy allowed us to try many different types of sausages before purchasing. Very happy Customer! Thank you.
