I didn't know what reflexology was until Heulwen suggested I came to see her about my frozen shoulder. That was three months ago, I'm now such a convert to reflexology, my shoulder is fixed and I'll be keeping up my appointments - it's too good a treat not to!

Had never been exposed to reflexology previously but my treatment by Heulwen at Sunshine Sole has been really good. It's been amazingly relaxing and therapeutic. I can thoroughly recommend it to any one.

My regular reflexology session with Heulwen are AMAZING as they have such a huge and positive impact on my whole body. Heulwen has been so welcoming from the first session and holds the session in a beautiful, light and calm space.
