Terrible experience. I was referred through my insurance. I had to complete the online assessment process whereby I spent 25 minutes taking various pictures of the windscreen and car with items to use as scale and then had to drive 30 miles to get to the repair centre and when I arrived they said it wasn't repairable but that the windscreen didn't need replacing. Complete waste of 60 miles. To be honest the technicians had to wing the head office because they didn't even know it was booked in. I had been waiting weeks for an available appointment.Very poor experience and a huge waste of money.

On the 02/01/23 I used auto glass to replace my front windscreen.On arrival I was greeted by the technician, he explained the process of what was to be done, and an estimated time for completion.Throughout the process he paid incredible attention to detail making sure all panels were put back correctly, making sure all the vehicles features (auto wipers, dash cam wires) were all put back exactly how I had left them and all vehicle features were still in good working order.Overall the service went well above and beyond expectations from start to finish.The technician on this day is a credit to autoglass. And I will have no hesitation using Lincoln autoglass again.
