Traditional trade hardware counter. You need a bolt/ironmongery or whatever and they can get just the right thing. Ordered a whole box of bolts for me just to get the right one I needed to fix my patio door.

Been to them now on 6 occasions just to get a price to complete work on a trailer.Every visit all my contact details are taken but yet never heard from them.Now time to go elsewhere.Would not recommend them to do anything.
