Utterly ridiculous packaging, couldn't get in the item I ordered without making an absolute mess!It was so tightly taped and packaged even my scissors struggled to get through.Won't be using them again.

Deserves more than 5 stars... Fantastic customer service.I placed an order for my grandad and there was an issue with the product, my grandad rang AB tools and the person at AB tools was so apologetic and he went above and beyond for him, sent him a replacement product without any issue. My grandad is so thankful for the guy's fantastic manner and helpfulness.

These people are liars and scammers. My irem didn't arrive, actually was never sent according to them. They kept promising a refund but no refund materialized.DONT GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Fab - delivery issue with DPD ( not tge oroviders fault ) and the orovider ABTools imediately sent out another batch via Royal Mail - coukd not have been more helpful !

I'm not surprised AB tools has so many good reviews. I ordered a set of 4 garden tools from B&Q . It came the next day . I was very happy with that. On opening the parcel it turned out one of the items was wrong unfortunately. I'd never heard of AB tools before and wasn't going to bother calling . I did call AB the receptionist was lovely and friendly. She told me to keep the wrong item and sent out the right item. Which I received the next day. Top marks . Thank you AB tools online

The original item i sent for was faulty so contacted AB Tools Online and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived the next day, no quibbling.
