Allen Windows supplied and fitted replacement doors / windows as well as the changing the soffits, fascias, guttering and dry verges.Firstly, I was delighted with the assistance given with the plethora of design and colour options available, Chris ensured that I got exactly what I wanted whilst making it as simple as possible for me.We had a slight delay in getting started with the project due to the Covid outbreak however Chris kept me regularly informed of the status of the manufacture of the windows / doors. He managed the entire team including the subcontractors for the scaffolding and was very helpful with recommendations of other trades / suppliers for the rest of my refurbishment project.The installation was conducted to the highest standards. They would often provide options to improve the quality of finish or appearance of the house rather than just taking the quickest and easiest route. This shows real care and concern for the customer and making the property the best it can be.The team were courteous, polite, clean and tidy. They did a great job of working around us as we were working from home at the time of the installation. They ensured everything was cleaned and tidied each afternoon before they left for the day.This work has transformed the house to a new level and I have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbours about the quality of the final result.I therefore would have no doubt in using Allen Windows in the future or recommending them to others.

Allen Windows fitted a new Rockdoor at our property. Chris was really helpful with advice on selecting a door to meet our requirements. He came out to measure up, and then fitted the door as soon as it arrived with him. He was very punctual and arrived exactly when he said he would. The installation is really good, and they took the old door and frame away leaving a very tidy job.His communication and responsiveness throughout was first class.
