I’ve been in this shop twice and both times I regretted it. The lady with the brown hair who I’m assuming is a manager is miserable and goes out her way to make sure everyone else is too. She literally acts offended that you’re in the shop. If you don’t like your job love maybe leave? I’d happily walk for an extra 10 mins to another shop just to avoid this building.

Such lovely people all staff are great . Tracey the manager always so helpful and happy and super quick to get staff on till when needed. A credit to the Spar brand. Keep up the great work

Usually really good customer service from all staff, however received a very weird/patronising experience today when purchasing a vape from an old women who served me which made me feel very uncomfortable

I get my morning coffee here for work, often I'm hanging around waiting for the doors to open having started work hours earlier. The staff are always friendly and it's now my daily working ritual to get coffee and have a chat. The mini sausage rolls are the best in Lincoln!
