Stitch Express

Communication and work was poor. Handed dress in over a month before it was needed, had it pinned up so they knew what the length alterations were etc.About a week before the wedding called in to ask how things were going. Hadn't even been done? Got the dress 3 days before the event and the length hadn't been sorted and with no time to sort it I had to go out and buy new shoes.Not impressed really

I have used this place a few times and has been pretty good so far, they seem very busy which is a good thing but on the down side may have to wait a little longer for your work to be completed. All in all they do a good job and have not let me down.

It's my third item I have had altered and I am always pleased with the service and the friendly atmosphere and price. Would always use this company.

A big fat 0 for this joke of an establishment. Only giving one star as i cannot post without selecting this! Wow! I can't believe such a place exists, disgraceful service, rude staff and incompetent through and through. 3 visits and 2 phone calls and they still managed to ruin my expensive jeans. They did not understand basic English and made no effort to please the customer. I have lost my faith in people providing basic services. I beg you, steer clear from this place if you need your sanity and a job doing anywhere near decent. Shut them down, don't give them any business!!!

Very fast and top quality Jean alterations got my jeans shortend and taperd for £15 not the most friendly staff but they make up for it in there service

After my zip broke on my full length coat. I rang the Halifax branch and they said it would cost £25 to replace. I took my coat to the Bradford branch and the lovely lady looked and said you just need the zip runner replaced - cost £7. I was amazed. Ieft the coat with them and then within 45mins I recieved a call to say my coat was fixed and ready to pick up. I will definitely be using bradford Stitch Express again if I have any sewing/alterations issues. BRILLIANT.
