quality of product not that great, fabric blinds cost over £399 for 4 blinds.Plastic casings came off with in the warranty and therefore it was fixed.Has come off again and fabric is freyed. Clearly a flaw in the mechanism of the blinds. This should not happen with in 16 months.

Left spares in case of needing replacements and they are no good at all, the quality of my blinds over time to be honest I think blinds are over priced I have sorted problems myself as I know what I doing to put job right.
