Five ways dry cleaner

I went there for cleaning and ironing three shirts and two t-shirts. The shirts went OK but the stains that I pointed out on the t-shirts when I went in are still there and one area actually looks worst, like the stains was backed in.Very disappointed considering the good recommendations I had about them. Avoid if you have stains to remove from your clothes.

---BEWARE OF LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR DAMAGES---This was one of the worst experiences I suffered, which effectively led to my favourite £120 jumper being ruined. I brought my jumper for dry cleaning, as it had a small stain on and it needed refreshment. Since it was a blend of cashmere and wool, a delicate dry cleaning was required, as indicated by the label on it. When I came to collect it, I realised that, first, it became stiff, losing its soft / delicate texture. Second, even worse, the jumper shrank and it was no longer fitting me. My initial reaction was pure sadness, as this was my favourite item, but I realised it might not have been intentional, maybe just a pure accident. I wanted to, however, ask about the dry cleaning method they used, to make sure that this will not happen to my other clothes, as we used Five Ways Dry Cleaner quite often. However, I was stunned at the reaction I got from the Five Ways Dry Cleaner owner - he has accused me of lying and said that my jumper has already been that way before; indicating that I, for some reason, have not noticed that I was unknowingly wearing a kid-sized" jumper... Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful customer service

Great, professional, and hassle free service. I dropped off my 3 piece suit at 10 am, ready for 6 pm. The lady was pleasant, friendly, and very knowledgeable. There is limited parking outside, and for the time you are in the shop, it shouldn't cause any issue. I found it anyway. Overall, well pleased

Took my jacket suit for tightening. The cost was reasonable and the outcome was really good. Polite and pleasant people. Highly recommended

I had a ink on my T-shirt and I thought it’s over but when I took it to the dry cleaner they removed it and now it’s same as the day one.Overall they are very friendly and would recommend them.

My clothes needed to be dry cleaned and when I came to pick up my jacket I was so angry that they had washed the zip off my clothes, the logo was washed off, no responsibility, my clothes were worth £890 and they didn't pay me any damages, their attitude was extremely bad, I hope no one reading this review will come to this shop to get their clothes washed, my clothes were not cleaned for me, it cost £15 to dry clean a jacket which I thought was expensive, they didn't apologise to me and shouted at me.

Cleaned my white North Face Puffer coat quickly and got out loads of stains which I thought would stay on forever (blood, pen and an old sticker which was left on for months). Cost £25 which isn’t cheap but I was happy to pay it for such good service!I definitely recommend them

So to get your clothes washed and to dry them, it’ll cost £16-18. Go 1 mile away and it costs £8 all in.Unless you have no sense or you are filthy rich, avoid this place.Looking at the reviews, seems like a shoddy run business. Keep away.
