I wanted a survey fir a house is was buying. They promised to do a Building Survey, but the report was full of spelling mistakes. Was not pleased. The report cost more than 1250 pounds. I felt really let down. So I contact another surveying company Snellers surveyors in Teddington who told me that Banco staff were not qualified. I have asked for my money back, 3 weeks later no responce. The owner has covid I'm told, but seen him.in Costa coffee.....

Excellent Service from Banco surveyors, have used the recently to complete an estate valuation for probate, all valuation were researched thoroughly and had no issues there after. Have used then further to complete a diminution in Value report and a lease plan for a commercial property to be marketed. Harj is very knowledge and happy to discuss options to get the best result.
