This place is brilliant. Filled with household furnishings and white goods and discount prices. Wonderful enthusiastic staff and an overall feeling of positivity fills this warehouse and hub of creative recycling. An indispensable resource for people in need in these tough times.

The beds are very reasonably priced, and although they mixed the delivery up, the warehouse staff went out of their way to rectify the error.

Big warehouse type place with lots of things to choose from for your house or flat. Was looking for a good deal and found it on a couple of double beds. New mattresses and base with a headboard for an excellent price. There are a nice range of chairs and sofas too plus the usual electronics.Staff in the office were great and organised delivery after the weekend.Delivery staff were polite amd helpful.Would recommend at least having a look and supporting them if you need things for your house or flat.

I am very displeased with the services I got from Emmaus Furniture & Charity Warehouse (Hanley). I do hold this store in high esteem but to say I was disappointed is the least. I paid for a dining table and delivery for over 3 weeks now and it hasn't been delivered to me. You guys should know that if I don't need, I won't have bought. You need to do more, your delivery guy messed the delivery up. I spoke with the manager, and the manager keep telling me it'll be delivered like 4 times. This is not good at all. You guys messed up my plans, and I am pained. Don't think I'll come back or advice someone to come there again. The 1 ⭐ is too generous, 0 ⭐ won't post hence the 1

Driver of man and van said they are very ungrateful here, getting quality free stuff but won't help get it out the van, show good courtesy.

It is great that there is a scheme like Emmaus in Stoke, however the City council has now stopped ALL subsidised vouchers for genuinely impoverished local people from October 31st 2023. This has put a lot of financial pressure on people who need to furnish new houses. The stock at Emmaus In my opinion was quite overpriced for really poor shoddy tables and furniture. I understand that due to economic crisis people are not buying new and are now tending to sell rather than donating good quality furniture, however what I did see for sale was poor. British Heart Foundation have better stock or Facebook marketplace. If we really want to help local people , please , people of Stoke stop taking stuff that's still got life in it to the tip or giving to BHF and DM and please donate it to Emmaus who can help local people on the breadline.

Completely wasted trip. It was wet inside the warehouse, all the furniture and machinery were wet. We saw a few items with mould on. Buckets all over the floor overflowing from the leaking roof. Most of the items are overpriced, even when some are broke or heavily worn.Honestly I think 1 out of 5 stars is generous.Don’t waste your time.
