I had tried several other DIY and builders merchants in this area for a particular item all said that they had the item in stock and in the size I required so I went to purchase the item, it was a very frustrating time most didn't have the item unless you wanted to pay for a larger version of the item at more than double the cost two said you could only purchase it on line so on my way Bach I stopped off at beers timber & building suppliers not only did they have the item but it was absolutely no trouble for them to get it for me straight away without any fuss . So other suppliers take notice this is the high standard you should try and live up to and if you say you have it in stock don't lie it only makes you look more incompetent than you are , well done beers I will definitely use them again
