Amazing place!! Definitely worth a visit if you're in Highcliffe. The cakes and sandwiches are incredible. One of the best cafes I've ever been to.

I love the food at BigWigs! Unfortunately I have not had the best experience recently. I ordered their brunch bap and I waited 25 minutes before my husband (who had finished his food by now) went up to ask where mine was, the staff had forgotten about it. They apologised, they had been sat on the floor chatting to each other. They gave me a cash refund, and promptly made me my food (took about 3 mins to make.) Overall, was not satisfied with my experience due to the customer service being poor, they were polite but not friendly. I work in a cafe as a chef and was a bit appalled by their laziness (it was also empty when we ordered.).A better standard is definitely required if this cafe is going to be something worth visiting.

Visited this place recently and it’s amazing. There are so many gluten free options, I chose the cookie and would highly recommend. My server Alice was very friendly and helpful.

Love this place, a new favourite for my husband and children to choose a treat. Everything is delicious, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Anybody complaining about the cost of the items is simply comparing apples with oranges. Yes you can get a croissant for cheaper in a supermarket but it's not going to taste anything like one from a proper bakery making everything with high quality ingredients and care.

The quality of the food at Bigwigs is superb, I have enjoyed many Brunch Buns, Sandwiches, Donuts and Cakes as well as a family staple in their Steak Pies. The staff are great, always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there might be a slight queue but trust me when I say that it is definitely worth waiting for. A welcome addition to Highcliffe and wishing them every success.
