In 2020, I was diagnosed with female pattern balderness. I started treatments but with not much success unfortunately. Therefore, some months ago, I decided to get some hair extensions to increase volume and cover hair loss areas. That's when I found out about Paula's business. After reading all the reviews, I contacted her for a consultation. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her approach. I was very nervous on getting hair extensions. I was scared on how difficult it'd have been to manage them as well about any damages that they might cause to my scalp/hair. Paula was very understanding, she explained me everything and together we agreed on a gentle start - only 1/4 of head and silicone microring extensions. I have been so happy with the results that I have had them replaced already after 3 months and I am planning to continue being looked after by Paula. I recommend her with all my heart to whoever is on a hair loss journey, but not only.

Paula is amazing! I have super thin fine damaged hair. I’ve had micro rings and tapes elsewhere, all left my hair worse than before. I had given up that extensions were not for me. Paula was the first person to actually take my hair health into account. She has fitted me the most beautiful extensions and took such care and time to make sure they look the best + are safe for my hair. I am so glad I chose to come to her and pay more, rather than the places I was going before. Thank you Paula! :)

Great experience from Paula, this was the first time I have got extensions and Paula really helped me through the process. More and more guys are considering extensions these days and I would highly recommend Speaks Volumes. We're on a bit of a journey together now working out what works for my hair and what doesn't and how styling differs to women's hair but overall I'm really happy with them!

Wow wow wow! No other words . Paula was so welcoming and the time flies by so fast as she makes you feel like a friend . My hair is super thick and somehow Paula worked her magic and made my hair blend so well . First time getting extensions and she talked me through the whole process and constantly made sure I didn’t need anything . Would recommend to everyone !!

AMAZING! Where do I start... not only is Paula a lovely person but she is a master of hair! I unfortunately had a bad experience with my hair extensions at a well known salon in London.. The first photo I have uploaded shows the state they left my hair in when I had left the salon.. the next two photo's show the real damage they had done. They had left SO many impossible knots in my own hair and in the tape ins... whilst also using way too much product that managed to disintegrate the hair extensions from being 20 inches to.. well... my own hair length! which is just passing my shoulders, which you can see in the third photo. I was left in tears about my hair so I desperately called Paula at 9:30pm and she was so calming and lovely, we booked me straight in for 10am the following day and already I was feeling a sigh of relief. We chatted for the whole 4 hours that I was there and you can immediately tell how passionate Paula is about hair (and helping others!). She totally calmed me down and completely rescued my hair!! Check out the last photo for the outcome. Despite my whole scalp being covered in knots, it wasn't a challenge for Paula as she made the whole process enjoyable and pain free! We also done an Olaplex treatment on my hair to give it that extra bit of care. I had arrived feeling distraught about my hair and left feeling absolutely fabulous!! Paula is the BEST in the business and I can't wait to get my hair extensions done by her in a couple of weeks time! I have recommended her to all of my friends! Amazing service!
