Steph is such an amazing teacher. Learning a new skill is always a bit daunting. But steph has created such a fun and welcoming class suitable for all levels of fitness.

Great classes for all levels!Steph is a super fun and welcoming teacher. It’s a great way to unwind while still learning cool tricks so 100% recommend for anyone interested in aerial. She runs varied workshops along side the normal timetable so there is always a chance to try different styles and equipment.

I took a beginner hoop class here and it was so much fun. Very challenging too, but even in just the first session, Steph had us able to link together a mini routine, which felt amazing! Steph is super lovely, welcoming and a great teacher - I can't wait to go back for more classes.

What a great place to learn how to fly on a hoop! Very organized courses for every level by the super-talented teacher Steph, who is very encouraging and full of energy. Highly recommended, especially the one to one lessons where you are able to do much more than you would do in a gym! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I initially tried out the beginners course on a whim having never done anything similar before and have been every week for the last 6 months since. I have never been particularly flexible or strong but week by week I’ve noticed a real change both physically and mentally. Steph is incredibly enthusiastic, talented, and encouraging. Brighton Aerial Arts is a welcoming and safe environment for anyone and everyone to be themselves, grow their confidence, make friends, and learn aerial arts.
