I have had a really good experience with Goodman and Lilley, both with buying and selling my house. Personally I feel they are the most knowledgeable agents in the area. When I bought, they really helped me find the right home very quickly and when I sold marketed my property really well and it was sold quickly. The communication and customer service is top notch and Adam and Teresa have always been helpful. If you want a property or want to sell a property in North Bristol go to them!!

I just bought my first house through Goodman and Lilley. I actually had a couple of sales fall through before this one proceeded, they were very helpful throughout and did everything they could to make this happen. Adam and the team have a very personal approach to their customers, when you ring them it's clear that everyone knows what's going on with the different sales and communication is really good. They also are honest with all parties and I felt very safe as a first time buyer with them. Would highly recommend particularly compared with other larger outfits working in Bristol.

The best service out there locally for renting (and selling - my parents got a great deal on their house sale a few years back too with Portishead branch) -- highly recommend this efficient team. Attention to detail and support level is amazing.

Good (House-proud) Tenants, Strongly advise you use the Deposit Protection Service, to make sure you get it back and to avoid long delays in having it rightfully returned. Take before & after photos/vid of property (rooms & contents) to use as evidence, if you need to open a case with DPS.

Adam and his colleagues did a great job in handling our sale. Market conditions weren't too good, but with their help a keen buyer was found and the process went smoothly from that point, with good communication and always helpful responses to any enquiries.
