Absolutely brilliant service. We were on our way to the ferry from the midlands when our exhaust started blowing. I called them and they couldn’t have been nicer. They got us straight in, got us back on the road and we caught our ferry on time. Really helpful friendly team. Highly recommended.

The guys are lovely and very thorough! Called at 8am and they saw me within the hour and found the initial problem. Left and the car wasn’t quite right still so they invited me back and checked it over again. I’ve also had an MOT in the past done by them and again, very approachable, understanding and fair! Would highly recommend.

This morning was the second time that the gents at PETS have got me out of a tight spot. Billy was efficient, friendly and provided a honest but high quality service.The thing I appreciated most though was that once again I felt like the team wee doing everything they could to keep the costs to me down. Even though it’s slightly further away from where I live, it’s their attitude to service that keeps me coming back.

Picked up a puncture, found a screw in the tyre, took the car straight to PETS and was dealt with immediately. Luckily a bay was empty on arrival, prompt repair carried out, cheaper than a new tyre.

Been twice for tyres with my own and my hsubands car. Really pleased on both occasions. My car was straightforward but my husbands tyres have sensors that needed replacing, all done quickly and the computer was reprogrammed so the error message that had been on since we bought the car, disappeared, really pleased. Recommend buying tyres and booking fitting through blackcircle - totally hassle free!!

I cannot recommend them enough! I have visited twice now and they are very quick, professional and reasonably priced. They are extremely helpful and polite. I have been to 4 other garages to get some issues fixed on my car with no success - today P.E.T.S fixed them all. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ended up with a large screw in one of my tyres. Charlie at PETS was awesome. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Quickly checked the tyre and removed the screw without the need for a new tyre. Thanks guys!
