I just passed my test first time thanks to Chris from DTC. He's an excellent instructor, really patient and great at putting you at ease. I was quite nervous about driving but Chris really helped give me the confidence to pass. Thanks again!

The Driving Training Centre were fantastic to learn with. Great communication from Karine to get theory and everything booked up and then placed with my instructor. Couldn't have passed without Jez, great instructor and I'll forever thank him for his patience!

I learnt to drive a little later in my life, wish I had done it earlier! I have read the other reviews for this company and wholeheartedly agree, from start to finish my experience has been a positive one. Particularly want to thank Karine and her team for all the help with booking both theory and practical test and my instructor for his patience and instruction, I know I must have really pushed that patience button a lot, however, you really are a man of your word, you kept me together, even if I felt I was falling apart. I first encountered the DTC leith 2 years ago when I enlisted in their theory test training which was outstanding . And helped me pass my test getting all my questions right and only losing 2 points on the hazard perseption. Like I said this was 2 years ago and being the un organised lazy individual that I am , I only actually got round to starting my driving lessons a couple of months ago. Being 34 i was very nervous as they say the further past 17 you are the longer it takes you to learn.However I was given the services of Shaiob hopefully correct spelling) by the DTC who was absolutly fantastic . Not foremost for his teaching abilities but for his patience and and his ability to make me feel calm and take the pressure off and help me believe I was more than capable. (think there was maybe a few times he was worried on the run up to my test ha ha) .So thank you very much I am extremely happy and cant thank you more.

My heartfelt thanks to Jez at DTC for guiding a 50 year old first time driver with no experience to pass his test on 2nd March 2022 at Musselburgh test centre. I'm not the best listener but Jez stuck to his task and ensured I pushed myself to apply the learnt theory and develop my confidence behind the wheel. Great teacher. Highly recommendable...

Soo much thanks to Shoeib and dtc for helping me pass on the first try. Started my lessons in March, hoping to pass before the summer ends and shoeib helped me achieve it in july. His lessons were really relaxing and comfortable and I get really nervous quickly but somehow he was able to get me on the road after only 2 hours of lesson making a small amount of faults. He was fairly constructive with me when I made silly mistakes and he knew I was a good driver. His explanations were veryy good, not just according to the book but also to a level that I could understand as I am an overthinker. On the week of my test I had a really bad lesson, I lost my confidence and he gave me another lesson that was not too bad but on the final day, I was back to making very silly mistakes just an one before my exam and because of his very and concise discussion with me, I was able to pass with only just four minors even though I had made more than four minors and at least 3 majors in my practice an hour before. Thank you soooooo much again Shoeib, DTC and Allah.

Can't recommend Driving Training Centre enough. Put off learning for years but finally took the plunge and Marcin was a brilliant, patient and friendly instructor who not only taught me how to pass, but made me a confident driver.Great communication from Karine from first enquiry to last lesson booking. Flexible lesson times around my job and support booking theory and practical. Excellent!

if you get the instructor named shoieb... ohhh dont even bother this person swears, bad attitude, make you feel terrible during lesson and always in his mobile phone. he will make you look stupid when you make a mistake as a learner its normal to make mistake! he will use your time to go to garage so he can use the toilet and loves to be late. very unproffesional! swear at the other road users.

Lessons with Shoeib ended with a passed practical exam. The atmosphere during the classes was chilled out, fun and you can speak with him about any topic. He explained the concepts very well. However, if you don't know the answer, he forces you to think, which in my opinion is a huge plus. Before we moved to maneuvers or bypass driving, we stopped and instructor explained everything step by step, about being cautious and focused on the road. Each delay was preceded by a text message, but he was always on the original time. Shoeib understands his students and adapts to their needs. Theremore, always ready for questions even outside of your study hours.
