Absolutely disgraceful the way they treat tenants. They were all nicey nicey when they took over from the council. Now they're refusing to do repairs which are not detrimental to life or safety.The workmen are usually decent but the bosses are jumped up little Hitler types.

Can never get a hold of them. With how much the rent is you'd think the houses were in the most prestige condition. Mold was reported over a month ago, nothing. The walls are falling apart. Whenever I report something it never gets done or they take months to get back to you. It's a joke the service, how much we are paying too. The absolute worst...and the Spam mail you get when you're behind on rent, when it takes days for the money to go in their account. There is no help from them.

Absolutely pathetic. No concern for families or the elderly. I’ve had COUNTLESS problems over the years and the communication is the poorest I’ve EVER come across. The turn up on the wrong days to carry repairs that don’t even last. There’s thousands of Southway houses with young children and vulnerable people which genuinely need help and all they do is neglect us over the past 10 years. If you’re planning to move into a southway house just think again.

There Emergency contact number doesn't answer so if your heating fails of your toilet is blocked there is no help at all they are useless and don't care

Damp reported and they have done nothing! The moisture meter is hitting 100 on the walls in the house! I have had 2 surveyors who were meant to come for the whole house but “surprise, surprise” they only came to look at a specific room on both occasions as they were told they only came to inspect one room out, they have admitted themselves the state of our house is bad and nothing is getting done, 2 months since our bathroom floor has been reported as I got told the floor will break through at any given time, we have a new born baby in the house and no one is sorting this mess out, I’m ringing non stop I have a long list of problems that are not getting dealt with. I have consistently ringing about my problems and reporting issues again and again.

I rent a private flat of which above is a Southway tenant. For the last 2 and a half years my landlady has been emailing (and phoning only to be cut off) pictures galore of waste food being discarded down a shared drain and blocking water flow.Dynorod have been out about 6 times and we've put bags with holes in over the offending pipe to let water out and long socks tied to the pipe and each time they have been FULL of food. They will have a dossier of emails and pics and yet nothing has been done to date (4/1/23). The drain bottom is actually collapsing, they've known this a long time and NOTHING is being done.I've suggested writing to the tenant to advise that FREE bags can be obtained for this purpose but its been falling on deaf ears for years..............a thoroughly disgraceful company that ignore people, shame on you for all the ignored/disgruntled people.
