Nova Cars

Was looking to upgrade my car and saw a Mercedes on the Nova Cars website. It wasn’t too far from home so went up to have a look. We were greeted by Jamie who was really warm and friendly. He told me about the car and went for a test drive. There was no hard selling tactics and was really comfortable talking to me and my dad. I purchased the car on PCP and had the car for 4 years before upgraded again. I never had a fault with the car. I had to have two new tires but nothing wrong with the car. I sold the car park to nova cars as they were brilliant with me. I’d definitely recommend Nova Cars. Brilliant service and reliable cars. Thank you

I bought my first car from Nova Cars back in 2013 and every car since then from them. I have received good deals throughout with an extremely friendly, courteous and helpful attitude and would unhesitatingly recommend them. I intend to use them for all my future car purchases.

I booked my car into the garage for its MOT and a servicing, unfortunately on the servicing they found a slight oil leak from the engine which would have to be repaired before I could drive it safely again, they kept me informed all the way through what was wrong and how they proposed to repair it and the approximate cost to do so, They were very honest and professional and as the car would have to stay at their garage overnight they even offered to collect me the next day when my car was ready, which they did. You may be able get your car serviced and/or repaired slightly cheaper elsewhere but you will not be able to find anywhere to beat the professionalism and after sales service that Nova Cars supplies. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

My insurance wrote my car off recently due to a no fault accident. Jamie helped me look for another car that would be within budget and even sent me photos of new stock coming in withing my budget. He was really friendly and helpful and not pushy at all! Would recommend this place to people looking to buy a new car

Nova card were really helpful in sourcing me a new car. I gave them the type I was after and they patiently waited until something came in that suited my requirements, rather than being pushy sales people. I’ve been a customer with Nova Cars for nearly 8 years and I keep coming back again and again, despite living 100 miles + from their dealership. I come back because I get excellent customer service and excellent after care and their vehicles are always top notch and reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

We found Nova when looking for the best deal on my wife's new car. We now have our cars serviced, MoT'd by Nova and go to them for all replacement tyres etc.I moved to the area after many years of doing all my own domestic vehicle maintenance alongside building rally cars from bare bodyshells to compete as an amateur in some 20 International Rallies, including rounds of the World Rally Championship. All whilst commuting to a full time job in central London. Now age, injury legacy and increasing complexity of standard modern cars means I need to rely on the motor trade for daily driven vehicle support. I am pleased to have found Nova, who have helped me with several emergencies along with routine servicing.Newport has some fine independent family businesses and Telford local authorities need to do more to support them, not least by losing the hostile parking regime that exists.

I was looking for a new car as mine sadly got written off (RIP) and I saw them online selling a seat Ibiza FR for a really good price considering theirs not many of that type around. My mam also works near to the dealership and has heard good things about them so I asked about viewing the car, due to my working hours I was could only see it around their closing hours which I was great full to hear that they would happily stay open longer just to help me.I was greeted by the owner and he was very polite and friendly, never once had the impression of a pushy salesman like most places. They had some really nice cars in the show room, some I’ve only heard and seen online, he let me look at the car on my own only to check to see if I was happy with everything and never stood over my shoulder to try and sell it just left me to it. He also let me test drive the vehicle by myself.I put a deposit down that day and as they’ve only just received the car they haven’t had chance to do they’re own things they needed to do with the vehicle and told the car wasn’t gonna be ready by next Wednesday as they needed to do an MOT, service and change the breaks. Had a call 2 days after and told the car was ready, the owner and the technician dedicated their day off just to get my car ready and sorted for me!If I’m looking for another car or mates that are, I’d 100% recommend this dealership!

Excellent service and second to none aftersale service. If i ever need to change my car, i won't hesitate to go back to Nova cars. Both Tim and Jamie couldnt do enough to help me.
