Designer Exchange

I have so many designer clothes to sell and I live local to the store. Thank you all for the reviews. I will not list my apparel here. Quite indicative of the customer relations this shop has when they don't respond to feedback.

I was excited to visit this place. Upon arrival, the security guard told us that he is only allowed two customers in at one time, we were told to wait for around 10minutes. While we were waiting, a woman pressed the door bell, and she was allowed the entry. I immediately walked away from this place. I'm addicted to DG.They provide an excellent service both in house and on line. The staff members fantastic - all stores. I have to give a shout out to Sophie at the Knightsbridge stores - she is amazing!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They have pathetic customer support and never understand the customer.I am suffering for my money which they are not returning.I will definitely want if the team is looking this comment please try to understand and help me to refund my money for an item I can’t use.Or atleast issue me voucher so that i can buy something else which i can use.

I've sold here before (and wasn't best pleased at the prices offered but did it for ease) sadly the lady I showed my items to today was quite rude and dismissive. Looking for problems with everything, to the point where on the third item I knew she had dismissed taking it before even opening, won't bother going again. I understand you can't take soiled items - but a tiny scratch on a pair of sunglasses? I'd be happy to buy Preloved with that. Rude.

Super accessible by car or public transport as it’s located on King’s Road. You have to ring to enter, as it sticks a range of higher end designer pieces, so I suppose it’s for their safety and security. There’s no wait, as the door is manned.The range is amazing & the staff are on hand to help, if you need it. I prefer to peruse at leisure and only enquire if I need an item pulled down from the display, or want to ask about the availability or cost of a product.Repeat customer & visited the branch in Manchester (which had absent staff who wouldn’t let me in twice when I tried).

I was waiting for 10 minutes outside when there were only 2 customers inside and when I came in for about 1 minute, two other people can just come in even though no one went out during this time. I was there to collect my order, but I was so angry and returned at the same time because people are not slaves when they buy from you! And they didn’t show me the detailed of the thing when I collected, only gave me the packed box. When I returned, they also not showed me all the proofs but just told me it was done. The staff are very rude and treated customers as thefts, as beggars, as people who need to wait outside to let them feel better.

Bought my boots from here. Absolutely love this place. Great service. Good quality items. Sustainable and chic. Recommend.

I came to the store to pick up my item as it was lower than I expected. But the staff at the store couldn’t find my item…the security is surely not enough. If you plan to sell some items highly recommend not to sell then at this store. Your item will be missing or lost.
