We are a small business owner and tried this Jeweller for Rhodium Plating and Polish of a 18ct Natural Diamond Ring.Unfortunately the quality of the work carried out was to a poor standard.As you can see in the photos, the shoulders were not polished before plating.This is as issue, as now the new Rhodium has to filed down to remove the scratches in the Gold.I brought this up with the Jeweller and he lied to me, saying that 'polishing the shoulders affects the setting of the Stone'.Being a Small Jewellery business owner myself, I know this to be untrue.We certainly won't be using this jewellers again and it is impossible to recommend.

Took a gold ring in for adjustment and they refused to measure my size unless I committed to the work, which they couldn't do for minimum two weeks anyway. Never known a jeweller do that.

Lots of beautiful pieces at reasonable prices. I took some of my old jewellery in too to sell and it was really simple. The ladies where really knowledgeable about watches and servicing also

Took a bracelet to be repaired, they were lovely and helpful. Also managed to leave the shop without buying anything which is very difficult as they have so many beautiful pieces of jewellery.
