One of our neighbours has had problems with an small extension they have had built, which abuts onto our fence. He has informed us that he is going to have some treatment done to alleviate problems he has had with the building. We were very worried it would affect the new patio we have just had laid. I phoned Phil (who is a colleague in a business group I belong to), and he couldn't have been kinder. He sent me a link to an article about party walls, he offered to check that planning had been put in place for the original work on the extension, and also made suggestions about how to talk to our neighbour about the issue.Phil couldn't have been more helpful. We don't want to argue with our neighbours, or have an ill feelings, so understanding what we needed to ask, and talk to them about was very useful.Many business people would not have even bothered to give time to my problem. Phil's help was wonderful, and helped put our mind at ease.I'd definitely recommend Phil to anyone needing planning help.

From start to finish,Phil got us through everything we needed, to achieve our planning permission,which was granted yesterday. Yippee! He took time to go through exactly what we wanted,sorted heritage statements,did us fantastic drawings,was there if we had questions or worries, and his input throughout got us to yesterday. I can not rate Phil highly enough. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend Phil. He has a vast amount of knowledge and when he conducted a site vist, he had a number of great ideas (certainly a sign of a good architect!). Not only did he produce the plans quickly, he also has the expertise to complete the structural calculations which was not the case with a number of the other architects i recieved quotes from. Thanks Phil for all efforts and making the process almost hassle free!
