Very helpful and friendly sales team. Have a good knowledge of product's. Not the usual hard sale which is great. Upfront about delivery timescale also knocked off money without asking. The shop was immaculate. Would highly recommend to people looking for a new sofa.

Was looking for a new living room suite. No t sure of what we wanted. A lovely salesman came over and asked a few questions, pointed using the direction of some we would like. After a while the same person moved the suite around to give us a better idea of it in our space requirements. I was really cheerful and excited to hear his views and helpful advice and information to help us better understand our needs. Thank you sir for your time and assistance today we really appreciated the time and effort you made .

Back in July I ordered a suite, delivery was to be 9 wks. Due to backed up deliveries during furlough it was delayed 4wks. Unfortunately I'd gotten rid of the old, had then broken my ankle so didn't have a decent chair to sit on, Sterling came up trumps and delivered a new recliner chair with foot stool for me to use till mine was ready. Fantastic customer service I would highly recommend them.November... My suite was delivered today, unfortunately sofa was too big to maneuver through the door and up the staircase, I was panicking, the delivery guy said don't worry we'll bring it through the kitchen window - I'm one up in a flat - called for help, used my ladder and lo and behold and brute strength they managed it. I'm a Very satisfied customer I really can't fault Sterling Furniture, your delivery guys are a credit to you.

Went in to have a look at accessories the salesman Ally. I asked a few questions about the mirror I wanted he replied he would rather I didn’t buy this which I found rude and not what a salesman should say. He sat down at the table with his colleague while I was speaking to him then continued to talk to me while I was standing didn’t find the service very good. The furniture and what was on display was very nice.

We were on the look out for a new kitchen table and Sterling had a really good deal on the one we loved. The sales man was very helpful and would recommend Sterling .

I went to by a three piece suite today and was served by sandy mackenzie, never In my life have I had to deal with such an incompetent rude man , he didn't know what he was talking about telling the colour I had chosen was blue which was in fact green I will never set foot in sterling furniture again and would advise others not to
