I initially gave one star because the watch I ordered was out of stock, and I had to wait for a long time. However, the real issue during this waiting period was the significant communication problems that made me feel like the customer service team didn't understand or care about the progress of my order. I run a small business myself, so I understand that sometimes there are hiccups in shipping and inventory. However, the role of customer service becomes crucial at such times. Instead of spending most of the time explaining the reasons to customers, it's more important to help them find solutions to the problems.Even though it took six weeks to receive the watch, I still have to give credit to the business. In the end, you upgraded me to the faster DHL service for free.Wishing you a prosperous business, and perhaps in the near future, we may have the opportunity to do business again.==========I am writing to express my profound disappointment with your business, specifically in relation to your customer service.Before I purchased the watches, I had encountered numerous positive reviews praising your service and product quality. Can't fault FCW one bit. They have a huge selection of watches, and most importantly for me, they are an authorised Seiko retailer.It was my first purchase from FCW so also received a 10% off code when signing up my email. I ordered my watch and added my wrist size and the watch arrived, Special Delivery, exactly to my wrist size without any further adjustment needed.They have a host of payment options, too, if you don't want to pay in one go. Overall, really positive experience and am very pleased with my watch. Would definitely use FCW again, am very keen on a Speedtimer so will certainly keep an eye on here for more Seiko's. Highly recommend FCW for any watch enthusiast!

I have now bought 4 watches from FCW, 3 Seikos and 1 Hamilton. I kept all the Seikos, but returned the Hamilton, it was just too compromised to be truly great. Throughout all purchases I got great prices with next day delivery, and for the Hamilton I got a prompt full refund plus the postage costs. I can thoroughly recommend FCW. Only problems are that you will end up wanting more watches than anyone really needs, and oddly, getting Royal Mail to deliver to local Post Office branches for pick up if you need it. I live 200m from a Post Office in a spar shop but Royal Mail said no. I had to go to a Post Office in a different Spar about 5 miles away. Why? That's my problem though not yours. Just buy the watch, life's too short.
