Called out at 10pm as we had no socket power in the entire house. I got a friendly and professional response on the phone and was informed fully of the call out costs over the phone beforehand. He arrived within 20 minutes, and got power back to my critical sockets within a couple hours, fantastic emergency response. Booked in to complete the work the following week, he called the night before coming to confirm the time which was great. Following the booked in visit all my sockets now have power. Very professional service and left the house clean following works. Would highly recommend.

Phil is absolutely one of the most expecting workers you want to meet with. He is professional, quick responded, friendly and thoughtful.He helped us to check all the wirings after a serious leak and quickly removed the bath light which triggered the alarm. Excellent service from Phil. Responded promptly and was able to attend within a few days. Replaced my out of date smoke alarms and also identified the problem with my kitchen hob extractor fan and was able to repair it there and then. Very happy and would highly recommend

Phil attended to fix a problem (caused by an upstairs water leakage) that resulted in our downstairs lighting circuit breaker tripping. Resolving the problem involved replacing a ceiling fixture, pendant cable and lamp and cleaning up the fixed wiring and lamp holder.We were impressed by Phil's professionalism, cleanliness and willingness to explain and demonstrate each stage of the job.He also fitted a new supply authority isolation switch to replace the obsolete device.I can thoroughly recommend this service.

After having a mouse chew through some wiring, Phil came out and repaired the issue in no time. He also repaired a light fixing which had previously been incorrectly wired before moving into our house, all this within the one hour call out charge.
