Offshore Performance

Well got to say I had fantastic service from these guys phone up at 16.20 Wednesday for a new spark he had one in the box he give me a fantastic deal which I'm very very happy with and to top it all off it was all done and prepared ready for collection in 24hours superb service thank you.

Have used Offshore a number of times and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever a problem and always get good honest advice with regards to servicing. Recently attended an open day and tried out the new ski's, the afternoon was great and the staff were outstanding, no hard sales pitch which I have experienced elsewhere.Great customer service always and communication is great, as they can get very busy. Have been present when customers have been difficult and they always handle it well. Will be back very soon.

Picked up my jetski that I recently purchased as was having some service work carried out. Jack is always a pleasure to deal with and I spent an hour down there just chatting with the team. Recommend going to offshore performance for any new purchase or maintenance works as the team are very good to deal.

Well worth the 2 hour drive to get my ski serviced here - they even let me launch from their slip to take in the blue seas around Poole before i towed it back home.

If you are thinking about picking yourself up a jet ski – stop. Just do it! Offshore Performance has a great atmosphere and some really lovely staff. I collected a Sea-Doo WAKE PRO 230 from the showroom and was delighted by their accommodating service. They were professional, friendly and helpful – and were just as passionate about what they sold. Which is refreshing to see, to be honest. I’d definitely recommend.

Had to use you for jetski servicing, as i'm based at Salterns, 2 years running that i've had problems with you, as a previous post said, you simply give no updates at all, don't call back when promised, the engineer is always unavailable and i can never get the phone answered!Will never use you again, wish i'd listened to friends who warned me about your service. IT IS RUBBISH!!Offshore performance? There is only poor performance, don't use them!!Update, i had a call from the head office and have managed to resolve the problem amicably. It's a shame it got to this stage but to the company's credit they didnt ignore me and we managed to sort out the issue.

Recently purchased a new Sea-Doo Jet Ski with Offshore and the customer service was fantastic. They helped me pick the perfect Jet Ski. Thanks so much guys.

I don't write reviews because many of them can be biased or not fair but after today I feel necessary to go out my way because this place is honestly a joke.Problems that I have encountered.1.never ever call you back even when you want to buy parts!2.ski went in for simple warranty repair 6 weeks later still not fixed or a simple courtesy call about an update. You're just in the dark.3. Booked my ski in for service for a specific date about a month in advance then got told it would be another 4 weeks later. Ended up going elsewhere.4. Ordered service kit and sparks plugs got told on the phone one price went in shop to be told given wrong price end of. No customer service or a simple apology.Just awful I hope others don't have the same experience.

Made an offer on a seadoo, 4 day's later i decided to call back and leave my number again. Still no contact, if I ran my business like this it would be no more. Good luck for the future!!

We purchased a spark Trixx from offshore they were very informative and helpful with regards to maintaining and looking after a Ski. Fast build turn around too!
