Hair Affair

Awful customer service thank god I didn’t go ahead to book in. Called to ask how much highlights with a toner would be and she told me “ why don’t you go back to the person who done it before “ SHOCKING. Turning customers away with a horrible attitude. Glad I didn’t even let these unprofessional people touch my hair with an attitude like that. Disgusting!

I gave 1* because there's no -5*Very disappointed. They use rubbish products, if you love your hair don't go here. Just with two washing and the colour is not just gone,but you have two different colours in your hair.

Haven’t been to the hair salon in a very long while, as I don’t normally like my hair afterwards. But that has changed since going to hair Affair. The ladies were lovely and I love my new styled hair . Everyone has said how lovely it is . So if your need your hair done give them a try you will not be disappointed. Thank you Hair Affair I very happy and love my hair

Each time they do my hair, I get so many compliments about it. I honestly recommend!

I did had the chance to benefit from an emergency appointment to fix the colour and style of my hair. I choose to have full head highlights and the result was astonishing, to not mention that I also improved my hair quality, as advice did follow up the treatment.I am happily returning to those amazing ladies that treated me so nice!Highly recommending the venue for its great service! X

The owner Fouzia is very rude and a liar. She changed her price for my hair from £80 to £150 within a year and she told me I m lying. And I said to her it’s ok if you changed your price but don’t say that you never charged £80 for balayge . She was super rude and didn’t care if she loses her customers. And she was super rude in front of other clients.very very disappointed. I wish I had paid by card last year so I could show her but my bad luck was that I paid cash so couldn’t prove her. Very disappointing and never going back to her ever again and sending my family or friends there either.

I’ve been coming to hair affair for about 6 years now for my brow threading & full face wax.& the service has been great.The staff are very friendly & welcoming. Recently One of the staff who deals with threading and face waxing has been doing my brows. Her name is Seema i think & she’s been doing my brows to standard. I love them & im always happy with how they come out. She is skilled & really friendly to speak with. With face wax too she does it for me & i always leave the shop with a fresh face & wax. Thankyou for always making my brows look good & thanks for hair affair for keeping good service that i’ve been a regular customer for about 6 years.

The ladies in there are so amazing! She spent all day with me to make sure I walked out happy and my god did I! They made sure to ask me all the questions as to what I wanted and really listened to me. They also did everything they could not to damage my hair too! The woman who did my full head of highlights and toner was under a lot of stress too due to some personal issues and she has a massive leak in her salon space so to do such a good job under that much pressure was so amazing! Thank you so much and I’ll be sure to go back again, worth every penny!

I really dont like posting negative things but have had no choice as Fouzia wasnt prepared to cooperate with me.Saying that she did 'try her best' to get the right result buying constant bleaching and washing my hair and having to come back to redo my hair a few days later and I trusted her as a hair dresser to know what shes doing. I left happy to then feel my hair really brittle and hard when I washed it - I had no mention of this would happen or advise what to do.Then within A WEEK my hair looked horrific (see pictures)I tried to explain to Fouzia but we kept going round in circles. She wouldn't give any refund however offered to redo my hair - again if u cant see the problem what are you rectifying and how can I risk it happening again.Once I showed the pictures she completely ignored me!!!
