The shop is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful.Sadly bought an 'onyx' ring which broke - and the 'onyx' was very clearly bendy, scuffed black plastic.I made them aware, posted back the ring and got a refund for the ring. No acknowledgement of fake crystal; one star as it's unethical to sell fake crystals, such a shame as the shop and staff are lovely.

I am a returning customer and I had to share my recent purchase. It was an oil diffuser which changes colour. It is a great addition to the home especially during the dark winter months for the colours but also the essential oil properties to keep the bugs at bay! Love these gems that can be found in this shop❤️

Absolutely love this shop and would highly recommend! I went for the first time yesterday, the aroma and vibe was so zen. The woman working was so lovely and they have a wide variety of holistic and spiritual products such as crystals, tarot & oracle cards, evil eye products, incense etc. I will 100% be back when I am next in Derry :)
