Rats roam around the ground floor and staff refuse to do anything about it. Lifts never work, flats got broken into by the public.

Such a friendly helpful buildings manager . The accommodation is nicely presented with great communal areas ..def recommend.

My daughter is happy there, but the walls are very thin and with ppl partying till early morning,isn't good for others who have to get up early and if someone comes complaining,would be nice if it is dealt with, but no 1 does anything, so not great if you need to wake up early

the living conditions are comfortable and the staff are friendly.I can not describe the rage that I am forced to feel about the way the beds are designed. The door that closes off the storage area is hinged at the bottom, and held by magnets at the top. This means that a gust of wind or a loud noise causes it to fall at the speed of sound, and land on the linoleum floor with a noise comparable to that of a gunshot.This means my shins, feet and toes are often abused by the hard wooden door slamming open on me, and my heart jumps every time (in my old age, this is life threatening as I could have a heart attack).To close it, I have to get my poor fingernails under the door and lift.This could have all been avoided if the designer of the beds was someone qualified instead of a chimpanzee from the nearest zoo. If the hinges were on the top, and they didn't mess around with pseudo-futuristic magnet technology, then gravity would keep the doors closed securely instead of poised for attack at all times. It makes me burn with fury to think how much the suppliers of these beds are getting paid for this absolute insult to my ears, legs and mental wellness. Student roost must have ordered hundreds of these monstrosities to fill the rooms.It hurts my heart to give a bad rating as most other facilities have been fine (apart from the bathroom tap which runs boiling no matter what after about 6pm), but this is the only way I can think to hurt the supplier of these godawful contraptions they call beds.Until I get the opportunity to look those cowards in the eyes and have them answer for their crimes against humanity, I can only implore student roost to never do business with them again.Home park: 4/5Bed company: -1/5

It is well located and easy to get to the parking too. The staff is very friendly and helpful 10/10. The building needs a bit more attention (dirty walls and windows:( )

When i moved in, the flat was already dirty - with stains on the walls and damaged items especially in common areas. I assumed accommodation already knew about these issues since they were caused by previous tenants and flats are supposedly inspected a few times a year so I haven’t reported them. My whole flat ended up getting charged for all the damages we have never done and we were not the only ones. So if you ever move in here, take pictures of every single place in your flat and report everything because you will end up paying for the damage you or your flatmates have never done just to extort a bit more money from you :)The staff is usually okay but be prepared for them to occasionally roll their eyes at your requests if you have any, shout at you whenever a problem appears or ignore your emails about money related issues :)Oh and don’t expect them to return YOUR DEPOSIT to you easily - you will have to wait at least until September - I have moved out in June, it is 21st of September and my deposit claim still has not been accepted and all my emails about it are currently being ignored.Overall, not worth the money and probably cheaper or similar priced places could offer you more kindness, cleanliness, support and basic decency. I recommend treating students like humans next time instead of whatever happened this year.

If i could give less then 1 star I would. Could not recommend home park less, I hated my stay there. Felt a bit scammed tbh. The staff is very rude and unhelpfull. My room was entered multiple times without my consent (3 or 4 times), once for something as dumb as an free ice coffee that I did not want. Something that could easily be left in the shared kitchen, but they were obviously looking for an excuse to enter students rooms. Once they didnt even lock after themselves. So they entered my room without my consent and just left it open, lights on and all.The room itself is also not very nice, the bed is rock hard and the chair is awfull. The flat i was in was shared between 4 others, the fridge was really unfairly split up, one shelf much smaller then the others and i was having trouble talking my roommates into giving my more space. When i talked to home park they rolled their eyes at me and told me it was my problem. The bike storage is never locked and my bike got stolen right away, even tho it was locked.I hated taking the trash out because the amount of rats around the accomodation. The last straw was when one of my walls were covered in mould and they would not let me out of my contract, even though i got really sick and i just felt unsafe there to be honest, after all the times i talked to them as well. This was over christmas, they said the issue was resolved, but I could still smell the mould and then I was directed to Carrie Packetr at AUB who was not very helpfull and or understanding of my situation. Honeslty, i would much rather recomend oxford point, the staff is more helpfull.Deeply regret staying here.

Went there to drop off my youngest daughter for her first year. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The building looks nice and seems to have all the facilities any young adult would require for living away for the first time. The room was small but for her just about right. The dorm kitchen was a very good size with adequate space for all 6 to sit down together and a nice sofa to relax as making it a nice common area.

Considering this as home for Bournemouth is biggest gamble I played before I came in but seems like I had luck on my side so it turned out to be the only hole in Bournemouth with big family.
