Having recently arrived to Hull. I took a bike which needed a lot of work. He advised that the investment would not be worth repairing it. They could have easily tried to do the repair and I would have gone for it.Thanks for the professionalism. Good place and good practical advice

Made the mistake of buying on line with another company, had fault with my new Trek Emonda 6, made a call to Ken Ellerker who are my local Trek dealer who dealt with issue . Pleased to find a local small bike shop open on a damp and dreary Monday morning.I needed a few items for repairing a friends bicycle.Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy to listen to their politely offered advice.Shop very interesting entrance round the side but easy to find.Will add them to my list of reliable experts.Nice not to be talked down too.

Really good set of guys! Just purchased some specialist tooling from them. I found the staff had great prestigious working and historical knowledge and can accommodate bespokely whatever direction you want to go, whether your getting into cycling a novice or seasoned pro veteran with a unhealthy addiction. They're happy to deal with you and will sort you out good and proper!Great to hear of news of them stocking Genesis bicycles in the near future. Right must dash I've got a creaky bottom bracket that needs looking at before it breaks me when out on a ride. Ciao! Definitely be back!Ben

They seem like nice people but I cant help but feel like i have been scammedWent in and asked them to do a tubless converstion on my tryes, they called me up and said they could not get the tyres to seat and tried to flog me another set of tyres. I just asked them to refit the tubes and have done with it. I turn up to the shop and they have charged me £10 for the rim tape which i understand but also charged me £60 for labour and had the cheek to say they only charged me 1 hours labour out of good will. didnt have the energy to try and arge with the bloke. but in my opinion if you haven't actualy done what was asked of you then you shouldnt be charging for labour.granted they did tweak the positoning of one of my levers for me but other than that i have paid £70 for the pleasure of walking 30 mins in the rain to pick it up.my entire intention of using this store was to being a good relationship with my local bike shop as i am new to cycling, and now i have a bitter taste in my mouth.

Have just this morning picked up my 9 year old basic roadie Trek bought from here brand new way back. I’d been able to keep it running quite well in the years between but recently it’s become less maintainable. Took it in and they have replaced what needed and I’m delighted. It’s running so smooth now it’s basically like a new bike!! There’s other bike shops way closer for me but this one for me is the best. I’m pretty casual with my riding, and this store is welcoming to all cyclists.
