As always, it’s a pleasure to see Craig and have our annual boiler service. It’s easy to book a convenient appointment, receiving confirmation of your booking and regular reminders. Being alerted 30 mins before he arrives and being able to track his progress is great. Craig is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable if you have any questions. He is efficient and thorough whilst checking everything is in working order. You won’t find a better company to look after your heating needs, highly recommended.

Craig from Embassy Gas came and carried out our annual boiler service. We chose their business rather than using a large competitor for a more personalised service and they didn't disappoint.Their cover plan is competitive and gives us peace of mind in case anything was to go wrong as we feel confident that they would respond and be able to fix it promptly.We were kept up to date by email and text on the day and it was nice to meet Craig who is a very pleasant and considerate man.I would recommend using Embassy Gas.
