My favourite fast food restaurant: classy, tasty, healthy…. So happy it is in the departure lounge ((don’t be put off if you don’t see it in the signposts or google tells you it’s elsewhere.. it’s upstairs in the departure lounge in the south terminal). Just waiting for mitsu in Spain and elsewhere now! Chicken teriyaki amazing and so was the cheesecake roll

Quick service, not crammed with people, good coffee. Bacon bao bun a bit expensive for what you get but an interesting mix of flavors.

Awful customer srvice. I ordered food, paid, and such poor communication from the teller, who then served another customer, failed to produce a receipt for me, then requested that I pay a second time as there was a *problem*. So I paid twice. Double. Ate the meal. Then tried to connect to the wifi and requested the pasword 'we don't use it'. Eventually checked my balance & requested refund.Second amount refunded.V v poor communication.

The food is decent, nothing exceptional, the prices of some items are high (but hey, it's an airport), and it offers a number of vegan options, which is nice.Good if you want to avoid bread/sandwiches/paninis...

Middle aged blonde guy who is working there shouldn't be doing anything that requires a contract with customer. Such an unpleasant and horrible person . This is literally a first time in my life that a cashier/customer service shouted at me !!!! I'm literally speechless, It was around 8 days ago and I can't stop thinking about it . I was reading comments and I saw some people also had a bad experience with this man .

A good place to stop if you fancy a slightly different breakfast to the normal croissant and full English peddled by the masses. I had a bacon bau bun which was delicious (but small) and my wife the blueberry seeded porridge. Very nice and plenty of seats to park and watch the world go by!

Might be time of the day, but no cold foods and you could only select from what was prepared behind the register.To order was quick, queue went down fast. Was given the korean bbq chicken, which was pretty disappointing, didn't really have any flavour and the chicken was overcooked. But a decent sized portion, if a bit overpriced for £7.99.They had no extra available (nuts/garnishes to add to the food)Is good if you're in a rush and need a bite to eat, but wouldn't say for much more.

I was looking forward to be back here and today having a long connection I was happy to just come here and eat . I am vegan and they have great vegan options and that’s the best for me . I really recommend. Nice staff and great food . A place to relax with nice music .
